I am looking for design data measurements etc I am a sales eng for mech contractor.
Contact XpediAir at 888-973-3424 for unit drawings or contact XpediAir's local member distributor by "Find A Distributor" on this website.

Good Morning,
What is the warrenty on your commercial hydronic wall mount fan coil units. Thanks.
12 months from start up or 18 months from the ship date.

Is the piping and electrical on same end on your units?
No, not normally. On same end units, the electrical is on the opposite side from the coil connections.

Can you use a regular heating coil for a steam coil?
No. You must order it specifically as a steam coil if that is what you require. Consult XpediAir for more information.

Does Xpediair offer double-wall air handlers?
XpediAir does offer double-wall units.

Can I get stainless steel drainpans?
Stainless steel drain pans are standard on XpediAir's Belt Drive Blower Coil units, and available as an option or as a special feature on all other units.

I am replacing some Trane fan coils in my office and I need to know if you have the same type units.
No matter whose fan coils you are replacing, XpediAir offers one that is most likely a good fit.
To find the closest model to the one you are replacing, go to www.xpediair.com and click on the Commercial or Residential "Products" button. On the left-hand side of the Products page is a convenient model cross reference tool. Choose the manufacturer and model to view the equivalent xpediair model. Click on the xpediair model to go to the data page for that unit.
For complete information, contact your local xpediair Distributor, whom you can find by going to "Find a Distributor" at the top of the page.

How do I know if my unit is right hand or left hand?
The front of the unit is generally the side where the air supply is. Standing in front of the unit with the air blowing in your face, observe where the cooling coil connections are. If they are on the right, it is a right hand unit. On the left and it is a left hand unit.
It is possible on some units that the heating and cooling connections are on opposite ends, in which case it is opposite end with the condensate drain being either left or right. Your cooling connection determines the hand connection.
