What is the warranty on your single-wall belt drive and commercial hydronic fan coil units. Thanks.
Single wall belt drive units & commercial hydronic fan coil units warranty are 12 months from start up or 18 months from the ship date, whichever occurs first.

Is the piping and electrical on the same end on your units?
Generally no! On a unit with same end coil connections, the electrical is on the opposite side from the coil connections. When opposite end coil connections are selected on a 4-Pipe unit, the electrical connections are always on the opposite end from the cooling coil connections.

Can I get stainless steel drainpans?
Stainless steel drain pans are standard on XpediAir's Belt Drive units, and are available as an option on some of the other units.

Does Xpediair offer double-wall air handlers?
Yes, XpediAir does offers Horizontal, Modular & Vertical double-wall Belt Drive Air Handlers.

How do I know if my unit is right hand or left hand?
The front of the unit is generally the side where the air supply is. Standing in front of the unit with the air blowing in your face, observe where the location is for cooling coil connections. If they are on the right, it is a right hand unit. On the left and it is a left hand unit.
It is possible on some 4-Pipe units to have opposite end connections, in which the heating and cooling coil connections are on opposite ends. In this case, the condensate drain and the cooling coil connections are on the same end of the unit. The location of the cooling coil connections determine if it is a right or left hand coil connection for the units.

I am replacing some Trane fan coils in my office and I need to know if you have the same type units.
No matter whose fan coils you are replacing, XpediAir offers one that most likely is compatible for the application and then you just need to review sizes for the closest dimensional match.
To find the closest model to the one you are replacing, go to www.xpediair.com and click on the Commercial or Residential "Products" button. On the left-hand side of the Products page is a convenient model cross reference tool for commercial units. Choose the manufacturer and model to view the equivalent xpediair model.
